Budimex Mobility – we invest in electromobility and join forces with Elocity

Together with EloCity, we will provide and manage new electric car charging points in Poland. They will be available in public places. At the moment we are already talking to dozens of local governments, developers and investors. We plan to create more than 100 electric vehicle charging points within 24 months. We offer at our expense the installation of the completed charging stations, servicing and management of the system. All that is left for our partners is to provide space

– Electromobility is a natural direction for our development after our first investments in onshore wind farms. We have been analysing the direction in which the industry is developing for a long time. We have decided that now is the best time to set up a dedicated company to develop areas related to electromobility in our Group,” said Jakub Długoszek, Member of the Management Board of Budimex Mobility S.A.

When looking for a partner, we analysed the offers of the leading providers of software for managing the infrastructure of electric car charging stations and it was Elocity’s business model that we considered to be the most suitable for our needs. Very good opinions about the company from operators and owners of charging stations were also important. Budimex Mobility operates under a licence in the Elocity system. We have our own charging stations and provide charging services for individual customers. Publicly available stations will be available in the Elocity application, which already has more than 280 points, and this number is constantly growing. Elocity specialises in managing the charging stations of companies investing in electromobility. Thanks to our partner Elocity’s technology solutions, we can get the infrastructure up and running in no time without the need for additional resources.
