    The administrator of personal data is Budimex Mobility S.A. (hereinafter: the Administrator), registered office: 9 Siedmiogrodzka Street 01-204 Warsaw, contact: biuro @ budimexmobility.pl

    Personal data will be processed by the Administrator in order to pursue its legitimate interest, which is to correspond with you in relation to your enquiry regarding:

    • (a) Invoices and payments;
    • (b) Offers;
    • (c) Jobs;
    • (d) Internships and apprenticeships;
    • (e) Advertising and promotion;
    • (f) Other scope as specified in the content of the request made to the Administrator.

    Recipients of personal data will be, respectively, IT solution providers, entities of the Budimex/Ferrovial group, and other entities if their participation is necessary for the above purposes, as well as entities authorised to receive data on the basis of legal regulations.

    Personal data may be transferred to entities with the help of which the Administrator fulfils the indicated purposes, including entities maintaining IT infrastructure. In justified cases, personal data may be remotely processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If such a transfer were to take place – which may happen, inter alia, in connection with the Administrator’s possible use of IT solutions based on cloud solutions or serviced by a service centre located outside the EEA – the Administrator shall provide a mechanism which, in accordance with European Union law, legalises the transfer and provides adequate guarantees for the protection of personal data. You can obtain a copy of the description of the technical safeguards used to secure data transferred outside the EEA by directing a request to: gdpr@budimex.pl.

    Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes or until an effective objection is lodged.

    Any person whose personal data is processed by the Controller has the right of access to the content of the data, the right to rectification of the data, the right to erasure of the data, the right to restrict the processing of the data, the right to data portability.

    In connection with the processing of personal data on the basis of the so-called legitimate interest, he/she also has the right to object.

    In case of any irregularities related to the processing of personal data, one may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (a public authority established to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data – in Poland it is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection)./p>

    Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to obtain answers to the sent questions.‎

    There will be no automated decision-making or profiling in the process of answering the sent questions.‎
