50% subsidy for a sports card
Caring for the health of our employees, we pay 50% of the price for a sports card. It is also possible to add family members on terms negotiated specifically for the Group.
Additional day off for birthdays/celebrations
Each employee receives one additional day off each year (not included in the annual leave pool) to be taken on his or her birthday or name day.

Employee Referral Programme
If our employee knows someone who is thinking of changing jobs and would fit into our organisation, he or she can confidently recommend him or her to us. When we sign a contract with a referral, the referring employee will receive PLN 300 net, and if the contract is extended after the trial period, the referrer will receive PLN 700 net.

Every employee is covered by the company's financial insurance variant I from day one. Other variants are also available to employees, which they can take advantage of at very favourable conditions.
Private medical care
